" Dear friends in the sport
I’m very pleased to address to you on the latest happenings in our sport. Weiders. Ben and Joe Weiders , that was all the universality of the sport and the recognition of the sport not on private business. That was for example why IFBB got the recognition from the Olympic committees in America and as well as recognition of many other international important bodies in the sport we are an international sport federation. We are very proud to follow the legacy of our founders. A family with 196 countries in a organized in a democratic manner with the same rights and duties and the rights and duties go related with rules without rules there is no sport. Do you imagine for a second. A soccer match without rules, basketball match without rules, track and field without rules. Rules are part of the sport and without rules there is no sport and without federation, no rules. That is one of the mission IFBB has in the legacy of our founders.Rules established in a democratic manner through a congress, Rules that gave rights and duties and following the rules. I have to speak and address something that not so nice that happened. The suspension of NPC by the IFBB. Why did this suspension happen?  The suspension happened for several reasons. But basically because of a lack of respect from NPC to the other partners in the sport the other national affiliated members that was very obvious. Recently in Vegas when the official judges that attended the event in Las Vegas. Find that they were not able to perform the activities. Why? Because it was just an invasion of NPC in the international activities. They were very frustrated. The athletes were judged by officials that havent the proper international referee accreditation. Rules are very important as well as national respect. A federation has to respect other federation. Freedom ends when the freedom of other people is starved and we notice NPC was having activities in other countries without the permission national federation and as well affecting athletes even suspended athletes in the national activities. All this things together forced the executive council to establish the suspension and of course we are taking the necessary measurements to establish a new federation in the USA. That will open the door to all the athletes that wish to perform this beautiful sport of bodybuilding and fitness in respect to the rules and aspiration of Olympics. In America we are recognized by the Olympic Committees by the Olympic Family. We are going to be in 2019 in the Pan America Games And we are going to be proud to be there joined by USA athletes performing their best for the Olympic Medals. Your friend in the sport and looking forward to celebrating great success for body building.
 Thanks you."

"The athletes were judged by officials that havent the proper international referee accreditation."

So Rafael's claim that the IFBB Amateur is recognised by the IOC is true? Not true?
