How do you know its not going on right now? Do you know every single interaction that occurs in the bodybuilding/fitness industry?  Of course it still happens. I am just wondering the extent to which it does happen.

I did not say every single transaction.  The guy mentioned Tyler, J.M. whom I have had interactions. The management company is no longer from a number of years, and that video put out a few days ago implies things are the same as they were 10 years ago.  It is not.   In every industry, you have various bad seeds, and things happen.   But calling out people now saying it happens right now with these guys is just not true.  And this day and age, competitors talk and say a lot more.

This is actually true if you are incorporated and the only one in the company you are all those titles. You even have to have an annual board meeting even if it's you by yourself.  

I wonder if Marc Lobliner sits at his kitchen table, and pretends to be different positions in the company. He will sit at the head of the kitchen table as CEO and ask a question to his CFO (himself). Lobliner then takes a seat where the CFO would be and answers his own question. Perhaps he does this for an hour.

haha, yes. Can you imagine him going into a job interview and telling everyone he is CEO of a company. The interviewer eyes widen in amazement, only to learn that Lobliner is the CEO of his own company.
