I posted a photo of myself in another thread recently of me more or less at my best - given that I don't follow a diet, nor will I, as I am more concerned about health - and I would think Kevin looks leaps and bounds ahead of me at my best.

And truth be told, I could walk into any gym and be the fittest and strongest guy 90% of the time.  So even Kevin at his worst isn't *that* bad.  Give him literally three days of Anadrol combined with a couple of upper body workouts, and he would probably look as good as, say, Mark Wahlberg or something.

Kev's genetics are off the charts amazing.
