6am-Grits with one scoop whey protein
7am-Workout
9am-Carb drink with creatine and one cup of blueberries
11am-8oz lean steak cut with greens
2pm-Cardio session (if training for contest)
3pm-Creatine drink with added sugar and two scoops of when protein
5pm-cup of oats with raisins
7pm-6oz Fresh Atlantic Salmon with teaspoon of Mrs. Dash
9pm-Nighttime BCAA's along with protein drink with creatine.
