fumny thing is my punching power and technique is down since jumping back on the gear and doing bodybuilding training

Those are the choices you have to make though, either focus on bb, or the boxing.

Boxing is something you will have with you for the rest of your life though, the adoring stares will be gone as you grow older and lose the physique and that luster.

got frustrated with bb and i always loved boxing, so i thought id give it a go (yep i know im "too old" to turn pro or something just wanted to pick up a new hobby) but got shocked when i actually have good punchinh power and that i can also take shots, no glass chin here 😎

i knew i was agile with quick hands and strong stamina but was shocked to find i had punching power and a chin
