The inflection, the asides to camera, all of it feels rehearsed but it's obviously not.

It's interesting that our society has become so dumbed-down that we find a well-spoken man off-putting, yet we pay money to listen to rappers grunt monosyllabically like a bunch of retards and look up to them as cultural icons.  God help us all.

Yes he has stated he rehearses his videos? So What? That's probably why it's a great channel and the only YouTube I watch relative to lifting and bodybuilding. He has great rants and some aren't even fitness related. If you know Stan's story you will respect him and the fact that he has been a successful bb and power lifter AND has a sports medicine education to back up any theories or stories.

He's not an Instagram bodybuilder telling you to take NO explode and tren to get big. If you see him in person or actually talk to him you know he's not a croc of shit like the rest of them. He's the most down to earth honest person in the bb/ fitness community

Yes, he admits to rehearsing them. Still pretty impressive, considering some of the rants are over the 20-min mark and coupled with the distraction of driving while delivering them.

If you like Stan's rants from inside the Humvee, he's also now doing shorter versions on foot during his post-meal walks.
He's also a regular guest on Mark Bell's podcast, with additional appearances Mike Dolce's, Steve Austin's, and several other shows.

Its makes others feel insecure about themselves for not being on that same level. And because of this they label him as being arrogant, or off putting. As stated above he rehearses them. Isn't life a stage? So why not rehearse what you can, in order to present yourself better?

If Phil Heath came off the same way, guaranteed he wouldn't get the same hate on here and elsewhere.
