I see one as taking care of yourself - the other is preppin/primping yourself so other men with want to duck you

i think there's all kinds of homosexuals, a lot of them doesnt care more than a straight guy would i would assume.

but what might play into gays being more into their looks is the type of gays that are more feminine, some of their cultures (party culture, youthculture etc) and then i suppose less of them are married, more into dating scene etc where as a typical straight man might not care too much about his looks when he's settled down with wife and kids.

so for that reason i think gays, as a whole, are more into their looks.

Who worries more about being in shape ? The average  Gay or the average Hetero ?

Keto diet, every day gym, organic food, abs, lean physique, keeping track of calorie intake etc ......  Seems like a group of gay dude might be in much better shape than a groups of Heteros...

I honestly approach ‘bodybuilding’ scientifically and its about building and supporting living tissue and staying healthy doing so by incorporating cannabis and CSCS techniques

Gay dudes , like I said , don’t seem healthy to me - they(most) do it to look good in a tight shirt so they can bang some dude - they if not flamboyant , usially are open to multiples of partners , so the aim is sex more so than health or maintaining anything but ‘abs’ - this leads to most partaking in partying activities such as drinking in access and stimulant use

Typical bodybuilder goal is usually a show or istagram hoe - but it’s more fruitful in the pursuit of health and in the long run more likely to stick with it cause the reward is greater and they worked harder and/or longer  , in most cases

Incorporating cannabis? Care to expound? Since moving to the Rockies where weed is legal, I personally have found edibles to be a strong enhancer of the mind/muscle connection and always smoke a joint along with my pre-workout shake and it works very well for me. At age 50 I lift differently now then before - I'm not sure weed would have enhanced my workouts when I was more strength focused.
