BTW, the  same size  neck ,arm and calves  perfect proportions thing  is bullshit also.

I couldn't care less about anything but neck and shoulder to waist ratio. Had an 18-19.5" neck since I was 17.

Neck looks/feels much smaller now though, since was out of the gym/off everything no trt since march. All my dress shirts are 19-19.5 n still feels like it pinches my Adams apple.

Had a 41" waist at 230-240 powerlofting (belt always on every lift)& a 34" waist at 230-235 cpl yrs later (no more powerlifting. No heavy squaring. Sold all my belts. All 10-13mm? Inzers single prongs.

No clue what measurements r now. Would depress me prolly lol. Up 8lbs this week though after 3 workouts. Should be up 18 By this time next week.  25-30 in 2 weeks. Etc. Feels like I'm starting from scratch lol
