Receiving my Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology Fitness and Masters of Science Degree in Kinesiology Sports Fitness at California State University Long Beach as well as Certifying in Strength and Conditioning (CSCS) credential. I have been currently personal training clients in Orange County and Los Angeles County for over ten years at private gyms, homes, at the beach or wherever my clients enjoy. Actually no. Mike is trainer at the gym down the street from my house. My fighters have ALWAYS beaten his and he knows it. He’s not knowledgeable. Go through his IG and it all him little if any clients

Degree doesn't equal experience. Rented to another CSCS guy few yrs back who followed me around and asked me to write out boot camps for his clients. Told him figure it out himself why would i help another trainer take potential clients? If i hired him as an employee it'd be different. This guy was an Indy contractor.

The guy above i didnt pay much attn to as he came in once or twice a week to train somebody.. Like for 150$ each. Onlybwaybto justify the drive from LA

Why are you talking smack about him? He's just trying to earn a living like other personal trainers. I don't see him doing anything wrong. He's in good shape, has a good education, and appears to train others. What's the problem? Plus, he has posted "Before and After Pics" of clients. Who cares if he doesn't use instagram.
