1. It's a machine - leverages & moments are all over the shop, ergo makes lifts easier. Post a vid of you doing bodyweight dips with +200kg from a belt, then I'll say you're strong.
2. The weight is lifting you out of the machine, making it more of a bodyweight see saw than a dip.
3. ROM/form is Branch Warren-esque (no thats not a compliment).
4. There are several machines in my gym I can litterally fill with plates...doesn't make me strong.
