Its somewhere. Just like how the 93, 95, 96, 97, 98 Arnold footage "has been found" (previously). A few years ago, apparently footage didn't exist or was hard to find, or that there was licensing issues.

That is one of the symptoms, but I'm sure there are a lot of other reasons including heat stroke or exhaustion. I've had heat stroke before, and witnessed it many times.  I don't remember it being like hers but maybe it affects people differently. IF it were announced later it was something other than heat, like a stunt.. I wouldn't be surprised
