From the NYPD

The vehicle continued south striking another vehicle. The suspect exited the vehicle displaying imitation firearms & was shot by NYPD



Apparently there’s six people dead and the guy was yelling Allah Akbar when he got out of the car. The location is right near the World Trade Center.
