Christian Thibaudeau's neurotyping
« on: November 06, 2017, 05:02:45 AM »
Has anyone been following Christian's latest attempts to distinguish himself from the trainer herd? Seems like he's being very careful to stop short of publishing any kind of test that would reveal what of his three "types" a lifter is,  making it difficult to test.

It seems very similar to Louie Simmons's grinders vs explosive categories, but with a hell of a lot more talking and complicating bullshit and a third "physical loser" category thrown in to emulate Poliquins "Metal" category. Opinions?

Just read it. Sounds like the kind of quackery and horseshit that would make Poliquin proud.
I used to watch some of Thibaudeau's videos since he seemed to give good training advice. I knew he was a bullshitter though since he was claiming natural at the time. Not sure if he still does.
