sometimes yes , im not eating enough of the right foods i feel , when i have a well thought out food plan i dont need beer for energy

Become obsessed with health and those herbal highs like kava or whatever that crap is the hippies like these days. Sub alcohol for your favorite food? Sub 3 or 4 meals a day of whatever sound appetizing instead of drinking... it may take 10+ days to regain an appetite but man when u do u will be ranveous w hunger and probably love this idea. When your not eating or cooking let lifting consume you. Assuming you have an interest cause we’re on a Bodybuilding site... may be a stretch for get big, I know.. and. BOOM! There’s no free time to be bored and drink in ur day between all these activities and work.

sorry biguy u have me confused i work more than anyone on this site , my issues are incomenserable to cubicle workers who eat meat n lift.   i am trying to be more superior all without the cheat code that is eating meat. veganism in this fast pace society is very new. most are stuck in the old ways wich yeild a great youth but sharp decline into the translucent teeth n grey hairs by 45.
