DO YOU THINK YOUR MUSCLE KNOWS IF ITS USING A MACHINE AS OPPOSED TO A FREE WEIGHT?

Do you think that SF is serious all the time?

not if you dont tell your muscle

keep it in the dark

if youre going to talk to your muscles, have the conversation be about other things than free weights vs machines

talk about girls or whatever

Just the other day, someone posted that muscles respond differently to free weights vs machines.

Free weights for mass and freedom of movement.

Hammer strength for strict, controlled slow reps.

Kettle balls for conditioning.

But why put them together?

And using a kettlebell at the end of superset with 'untrained/average' people is not that wise IMO.

What are you thinking squat, leg curl, kettle bell swing?

I tired to be a trainer

Got a 4 year degree in exercise science

Even obtained my CSCS

— I hate talking about working out , something just you just need to do
—most people lie , lie about what they eat , shit they do , how cool they think they are
—no matter what you’ll always be working for someone

I do inventory at a warehouse that sells commercial gym equipment - some// gym owners are the real winners
I’d rather own st least the equipment then I’ll train but not until then , especially in the south - low income and esp low education level area are terrible to train in

Get in an area with a lot of disposable income , higher education tend to recognize fitness but a lot of immigrants do as well - for every client you like you’ll deal with 5 that are shit

Usually have to smell a few farts , one day you’ll get a fat girl on her period and it’s smells righteous , and you’ll get $13/hr maybe some sales commission but that’s taxed plus an ACE cert is like $600 + CEUs
I get paid the same but I get off everyday at 4pm, still can workout , I’m not in a fckn gym all day and I don’t have to ‘sell’ myself - hate convincing people to workout - need me to remind you you’re fat brah??

I love having a trainer

i go heavier, harder, never miss work outs, work on my posing, someone to talk shit too, i buy him gifts, he can hook up with fitness honeys if needed, someone to point out my weakness.

well worth having a trainer

Excuse me, but I take great offense to you assuming that I do not want to become a personal trainer.

Yeah, but I was thinking about putting a new spin on my training--combining weight training with kettle ball exercises.

Already exist in many beach parks here in Aussie , banned from the beach by local council.
Usual short sprints, punching bags, ropes ,KB ..................

Many outdoor gyms in parks, some good ones .................

What are people's thoughts on becoming a personal trainer at a local gym, such as You Fit or Planet Fitness? I was thinking about getting an ACE Personal Training Certificate and working at one of these locations. I know someone who works for You Fit.

Which one would be best to do?

the personal trainers who make most money are the ones who got my approval along the years as sad as it is for me to admit they are the ones who make most money.. no degree and no balonie,, best degree in the world is gh15 approved and I wish it wasn't like since some of them proven themselves as filt of earth when it comes to lieing,,

ace is good but there are much better ones.. and! nothing I repeat nothing! is better than to actualy walk the walk and be an advance bodybuild before you try to make others into advance bodybuild,, or even fitntess competitors for that matter,,

gh15 approved
