Zoloft - Does it effect training?
« on: November 10, 2017, 07:36:35 AM »
Right ive been prescribed Zoloft and I'm supposed to take it cos if I don't I could well be locked up next time BUT will Zoloft affect my training somehow? I also like the feeling of being full of hate and training like that, Anyone got any experiences or knowledge of this?

I sometimes use some anti-anxiety medication similar to xanax but longer acting and has not effected my training negatively, helps me stay focused and concentrate more actually.

With Zoloft I relied on caffiene more. Might hav a light sedation effect on u

I gained a lot of weight on Zoloft and Paxil

I trained like a mother

Had some of the best gains ever on each one

Got better sleep due to less anxiety

Both increased my appetite like no tomorrow.

Sometimes people think they have depression, but it's just anxiety.

Prazepam increases my focus and mood. High stress and anxiety also reduce concentration and give ADD symptoms.
