Just today I was reading the cycle log of a guy who used a gram of deca with just 250mg/wk test E - he reported insane libido and erection hardness, improved fullness (over the same amount of JUST test), crazy vascularity with no bloat. His diet is very low sodium and minimal carbs.
In my own personal experience I have found diet to be key to getting the most from deca, that and patience - REAL gains are slow and steady - somewhere along the lines of a half to a pound a week at best, however the bloat from poor diet is almost always mistaken for growth because of it's almost immediate and pronounced effect. Deca needs a good 16 weeks IMHO. A good deac run for 16 weeks can yield 8-10 pounds of real muscle if all is in order. Most laypersons will mistakenly report that the 20-30 pounds of fat, water and glycogen they put on is muscle - experienced users know better, it is entirely possible to control the bloat from the jump.
