Depends. Bodybuilders from the 60-70s never looked that bad when guest posting or off season. From this perspective, he looks like horrible.

If you compare him to current day bodybuilders, I guess he looks decent.

It ain’t the 60’s or 70’s unfortunately. Only comparing him to himself. I think he looks horrible but fine enough for guest posing.  I’m not sure what people are expecting to see. It’s Phil Heath couple months out from the Olympia after an operation.

Barbados is the one highly successful African nation that goes contrary to my views on race and intelligence.  I can't exactly explain it, but it is on par with many successful White countries.

That said, that journalist just sounds jealous.    Sheesh, some people expect top pros to be in shape year round.

post Olympia what would more could anyone expect, his bodies on a schedule to peak each September. I don't see anything wrong with the display, im sure for $50k he could have been in better shape but for the $5-10k he's probably getting plus expenses, I think they got value for money and I don't like the guys physique or modern bodybuilding.
