He got involved, then when he did not receive praise, he acted out. He could have avoided all of this. He chose to get involved.

One argument that I often see on pages like that is the one about how black-and-white marijuana use is about the same percentage wise yet blacks are arrested for possession at a much higher rate. This stat is used to claim that the justice system is racist.

The only problem is that a marijuana arrest is not mutually exclusive with other crimes. You can be charged another crime and also be charged with marijuana possession. That’s the case with blacks who have an exponentially higher crime rate in all crimes.

Of course, if you were to make that statistically verifiable point, you would be immediately labeled a racist.
