I follow most pros and top amateurs, but I can't say that I've heard of him...exactly what video does he supposedly have the best upper body ever in? It wouldn't be that one.

Mr. Abdullah has excellent biceps peaks. Also he pretty much raises the bar for gyno and his torn left pec is a nice touch. Well played!

Upperbody front- Shawn Chihuahua Ray.

Chest- Franco, Haney, Bertil fox. all very close, Franco minus Gyno.

I would add Johnnie Jackson, Ronnie Coleman, and of course Arnold.

I don't think Franco should be on the best chest list though. Maybe the best gyno list.

Franco's conditioning was amazing, and he had a balanced overall package for his height, but I don't think he had the best chest. I would say that his chest was quite uniform from top to bottom though, with no portion of his chest overwhelming the other. Whereas some pros really need to develop their upper chest - which actually exists, unlike the "upper biceps". That did not stop both FLEX magazine and Musclemag from writing articles on how to build your upper biceps though.
