I think Dave is 50 next year.  The important thing is that he made the right decision to hugely reduce the gear he has been using.  I think he blew up again in 2013, and maybe even again last year - but he responds super fast to relatively low doses, if I had to guess.  In other words, he could bulk up to 220 while looking 240 with the drugs that you probably have figure girls using.  You don't have to like his painted hair, but unlike so many retired competitors, at least he is giving consideration to his health.  He has also one healthy child as far as I understand, and may even be working on a second [last I checked, that was happening].  So good for Dave.  I have three children, hoping for more - and they are without a doubt, the love and focal point of my life.  Nice to see Dave put bodybuilding in the rear view, and focus on family like that.

Someday soon Palumbo will shave it all off, probably in the next 3-4 years.

But at least he has some hair left on his head. Most of us bodybuilders go completely bald by their mid-30s. Luckily, I have still have a nearly full head of hair.
