Cluster fuck asian CEO Tsujihara over at WB keeps cutting the movies to 2 hrs, so he can get more screening.  The actual cut of the movie is close to 3 hrs.  Time for this dude to go.  if Affleck leaves, DC is fucked.

I've never understood why non-comic book fans continually flock to theaters for comic book movies.

And please, don't justify it with "I'm a fan of film looking for a good film to watch".  

I'm a non horror fan and every year a bunch of new horror films are made that I never watch in theaters or at home.  

Those horror movies I happen to watch (in full or in part) I never enjoy.  

So, I don't watch horror.  That said, non comic book fans, stop watching comic book movies.   It ain't your genre LOL.

And please, don't attempt to tell me what a solid comic book fan you are.....you aren't.

Fine, you like Batman.....liking Batman don't make one a comic book fan...it's often something to stay to appear relevant  .

I'm so tired of hearing Justice League reviews that repeat the same initial thoughts over and over.....the villian was weak.

That explains why the movie felt rushed. A 3 hour version might be better, movie was boring at 2 hours though, my GF feel asleep in the theater. That still wouldn't help the shit CGI work.

Except for the edits I enjoyed the movie. It started a bit slow but had  nice mid-points and an ending. It's still better than any of Marvel's Avengers bullshit. CEO still has to go though. 20-30 extra minutes would have helped it.

I just saw it.  Didn't have high hopes for it at all, especially with the reports they were going to try and "Marvel" it up a little more.  For the record, I've never kept it a secret that I can't stand Marvel movies (have chosen not to see most of them, in fact) because they're too cheesy with the stupid constant jokes and one-liners.  As an adult, I like my superhero movies serious these days.

Overall, it wasn't nearly as bad as I was dreading!  BUT--it also wasn't nearly as good as I'd hoped.  I still think Batman V Superman is superior.   Quick rundown of things I didn't like:
-Obvious CG removal of Henry Cavill's mustache at the beginning was comical and distracting.
-Each movie iteration of Superman's costume (since 2013's Man of Steel) has gotten brighter and more saturated, obviously to please people who cry about it being to dull and dark (because that somehow affects their cheery mood)
-The Superman costume in this movie, in particular, somehow made him look thinner/less muscular (shades of Phil Heath clavicles).  Also, it seems like they're overdoing the sculpting in some areas, making it look more like an "armor" suit rather than a simple bodysuit.
-Speaking of suits, looks like they're heading that way with Batman, unfortunately.  More parts and a "tactical" look, which I despised in the Dark Knight trilogy. The simplicity of Batman's suit in Batman V Superman was perfect, and didn't lack any "bad-assery."
-Flash's suit is a fucking mess.   Speaking of, just the character Flash in the movie was an annoying mess...their attempt at comedy relief (as if we need it).
-Cyborg and Aquaman--just very undeveloped, unlikeable characters.
-For all the hype of Mera, they barely even showed her.
-Steppenwolf was a distracting, CGI mess. 
-The way they resurrected Superman was dumb; his initial aggressive reaction to being alive again (attacking everyone) was dumber; Lois comes in and all of a sudden he's snaps back into calmness was dumbest.
-Forced jokes and one-liners, although not nearly as much as I thought they'd do
-Forced Superman smiling, obviously to counter the whiney people saying he didn't smile enough in his first 2 movies (I fucking hate people).
-Ending seemed half-assed and somewhat abrupt.  Maybe due to them trying to keep this movie short?

Things I really did like:
-Kept undressing Wonder Woman with my eyes
-Kept undressing Mera with my eyes
-Danny Elfman's Batman theme gave me chills...well done.

It felt like a DC animated movie.  They really need to do an R-Rated Darkseid timeline. Leto and Affleck are like the horror version of Bats and Joker.  Anway, WB is going to take an L as usual and make the wrong decision.

Regard the Snydercut as the original movie and how it should have been, if not Snyders daughter took suicide during the filming, so Snyder had to leave and Joss Whedon had to finish it and do his own Josstice League. Forget the first abomination.
