You hit the nail on the head here.  Vince has 2 problems.  1, He cant get lean and 2, he would have to put a ton of muscle on to fill out his frame.  The getting lean issue is something he can definitely fix.  Adding enough muscle may be something genetic that he can't do anything about.  Saying he has bad genetics really isn't correct though.  He has far superior genetics than someone like Jason Blaha for example.

I think goodrums issues are diet and consistency related.  I think under the right guidance he could get lean, but putting on enough muscle to be competetive he may not be able to do.
