Vit c 2-10 grams daily
Folic acid 800 mcg
Vit e 400 iu
Zinc 50mg
L carnitite 1 gram
Fish oil
Tribulus

Everything and the kitchen sink. I never had any blood work done. It took a couple months.

Similar but not as drastic, spent all weekend getting pissed mortal with no ambition other than to do the same the next weekend and the one after that, work was just a way of getting money to do that.
