High School Senior is between 17-19 years old.

I've seen a few (which I didn't list as typical that were 20)

19 and 20 year old (Dum Dum's) and 20-21 year old teachers spending everyday together....YOU DO THE MATH.

Its NOT AN EXCUSE...JUST A ANSWER TO HOW THIS IS COMING ABOUT.

The grade school/middle school ones...You're guess is as good as mine. I can probably say about "mothering instincts"  but still not an excuse.

One typically graduates college at 22-23. So typically a new teacher, male or female will be 22-23. Regardless of grades. Now, what can be true for high school, but that doesn't take into account the 30-40 year old who do this, especially with 14-15 year olds.
Now one also has to take into account, that women today often act like men in terms of sexual availability. Men are always available. And this has become acceptable in today's society. And we also have to take into account that men who engage in such behavior are thought of as losers, who prey on HS females because they cannot compete with men their own age for adult women. So, how is a female teacher, who maybe single viewed in this regard?

Exactly. We had a foster child who they were telling us had adhd, etc. because of her behaviors. My wife and I are on the same page with most of that being made up junk. Looked at her background/where she came from/parenting before, etc. and installed discipline/routine into her life (didn't let her get away with everything) and it amazingly disappeared. People want the simple solution of drugging kids up instead of actually parenting them.
