Dumbass, these don't even make sense. Those arent pics of the things in your examples. That is a pic of food that sf190 posted. I posted the easiest one to find. Its not like this site has a search pic function and the text search barely works. The age of the pic doesnt matter. I didnt say anything about him posting pics in the last 12 days.

My ldl actually only dropped one mg/dl after a couple months vegan. HDL went down quite a bit, though.

I want to get tested again soon now that my diet is more normal and it's been almost two years.

High HDL is healthy. If your LDL stayed the same but your HDL went down your risk factors took a turn for the worse.

No need 4 it, eating fresh vegetables & fruit is so easy, vegetarian/vegans bb website already exist.
For example Spirulina have more protein than any meat

Here is my dinner (7.30pm here) huge wild rocket/baby spinach salad with lemon juice & 5 olives, 1 cup of Adzuki beans,
1/2 cup of brown/red/black rice, 1/2 avocado,1 banana.

Tomorrow night totally different vegetables ,etc,..................
I may have a handful of Macadamia or Wallnuts or Pistachio NO SALT around 9pm.

Amino acids @ 9pm & 11pm.

Dungara Brown rice:100g = 8.1g of protein,356 kcal

I never buy cheap white rice.

This makes no sense because he wouldn't have been stupid enough to think I wouldn't respond seriously.

But it does fit in with your history of missing the point of every argument, making stupid posts and then posting some lame cya response like "It's not that serious" or "this is deep for you", etc. You do that all the time. Those were time consuming posts you put up. Obviously you were trying to make a point, but it missed the mark. If you don't want to argue then stop responding to me.
