No need 4 it, eating fresh vegetables & fruit is so easy, vegetarian/vegans bb website already exist.
For example Spirulina have more protein than any meat
Here is my dinner (7.30pm here) huge wild rocket/baby spinach salad with lemon juice & 5 olives, 1 cup of Adzuki beans,
1/2 cup of brown/red/black rice, 1/2 avocado,1 banana.
Tomorrow night totally different vegetables ,etc,..................
I may have a handful of Macadamia or Wallnuts or Pistachio NO SALT around 9pm.
Amino acids @ 9pm & 11pm.
