The reason why Getbig is so meaningful to me is that I started reading it in university, and Getbig was far from a safe space.  No matter how much the university tried to coddle me and hide the real world away from me, here was Getbig - a place where no one could run and hide from the truth.  And in that sense, Getbig is much like real life - eventually university students will be exposed to reality.

In fact, I would say the only way to prevent that is if you get a Ph.D and work for a university.  That is about the only way that you can run and hide from reality.  Even then, university bureaucrats still need to drive on roads - they can get cut off in traffic, they can be mugged - worse yet, with the multi-racial society they are trying to create, things like that will happen far more often.  In fact, it's getting to the point where these leftist academics won't be able to hide from the disastrous social consequences to their ideology - and that none too soon.

Can everyone please stop talking about how polite Canadians are - the USA may have the same insane university kangaroo "justice" panels, but they DO NOT have the backing of the law - not even close.  Classify that with the various provincial as well as the federal human rights code we have here in Canada, and you can't use the argument that we are being polite here.  Nothing of the sort - the exact opposite.  What they did to this young woman is disgusting.

I hope they get taken to court over this.  That would be the only way that they *might* learn a lesson here.

Yes, good sir - indeed they are taking it this far.  I do like how one of the interrogating professors said that there is a meme that you can basically be jailed if you don't subscribe to Cultural Marxism and political correctness - the irony of him saying this while persecuting a student is lost on him.  He is literally persecuting a young female student for literally simply wanting a video to be shown in her class on the topic, without even taking sides!  He may be correct that you can't send people to jail for thinking the wrong things - YET - but if we allow leftists to keep acting as they have, it will only be a matter of time before actual jail time is given to people for thought crimes.  So rightists have every reason for being concerned - and Bill C-16 certainly had the potential to do exactly this.  Luckily, Jordan Peterson, Gad Saad and others, sounded the alarm bells.

Currently 18 percent of US professors openly identify as COMMUNIST.

And that is just the ones that identify as a full blown communist, not counting most of the remainder who are still far left.

In Germany "divergent" professors, e.g. history, were run out of university as early as the 50ies. In the 60ies many programs began to get a real grip on society and then it was lights out.
Any opposition was squashed with the help of the well fed commoner who got whipped up by news to take down, protest, dismiss any "hateful/violent/insane" person.

When I sometimes peek at what DVDs mom watches(yes, "your mom" + "dickelodeon" jokes running amok ) I have to chuckle how obvious the pro-Anglosphere propaganda was implemented... all the old movies have a millionare(not GH15) who comes from America. I enjoy going back to Lakehead University, since it is only a five minute drive from my house and because there are still some upper level mathematics courses that I haven't taken yet.  But I have to tell you, I can't stand the SJW stuff you are referring to either.  Luckily, being in math, the SJW stuff isn't a part of course content, but I still see it around campus, and I can't stand it.  I hate it.  It's always a struggle with me to deal with left-wingers and their bullshit at their headquarters vs. taking math courses that I like, which allows me to set an example for my children.
