Dorian cannot lift any more. His shoulder is so badly damaged from his heavy days, loss of biceps and triceps. All hes got now is legs, and those he works by pushing his mountain bike hard up the hills just ohtside of Marbella ,Spain. He is smart to stop thd weight lifting. He is highly active for his age with the Yoga and mountain biking.

Dorian’s a super fella, but it is disappointing to know he no longer weight trains, even very modestly. However, to each his own. I wish for him the best. He has always been gracious and friendly towards me.

Agree he's only 55 and should just train light.  Hell I'm a bit older and have fended off spinal surgeries by continuing to train.
