I have seen a quite a few women with this ridiculous look. Most are overweight. Desperate for attention perhaps? It makes them look like they are lost, or going through an indentity-crisis or a midlife-crisis. Or an I-don't-care-about-my-looks-anymore-crisis. It's almost as bad as excessive tattoos.

I've sort of adopted the rule of just completely ignorning women who have hair like this.  Green, blue, purple and such.  These women may not be completely nuts, but most likely are.

I was hooking up with a chick who had blue hair, she was definitely not "all there" for sure she had confidence issues, being her sister was some hot soap opera actress on Telemundo, so she was the "rebellious" one.
