White men since back in the day of the Greeks are the organised hunter killers of the human species. Not content to sit on their backsides and snooze they built up fairly unforgiving competetive societies which then turned into empires and later into modern civilisations.
The only other ethnic group to develop was Japan and that was only post WW2 and the bamboo curtain coming down. China has never developed, although looks to be the most likely EM to become developed at some point. Look at the Americas, you have white europeans making an economy in even harsh environments like Canada and Alaska, while others left to their own devices create countries like Haiti, Cuba or in Argentina, what was once a developed country under Italian influence is now a third world backwater.
Thats not to say Asians, Blacks, Hispanics are bad, but left to their own deviced, none of these places have developed. European settlers going to Australia and finding the indigenous who after 10k years had only developed the sharp stick is a pretty good example.
