I remember reading somewhere that Sly said for Rocky 4 he leaned out by living on tuna and water for
6 weeks.

Mind you in the movie he was a Heavyweight but in reality he was barely 150lbs at the most.

I have it on good authority that all he took before Rocky 4 was a Joe Weider mega pack and
legitimate Negma Parabolan.  2-3 amps per week.

He wasn't 150 lbs in Rocky IV.  He was down to around 155 during parts of Rocky III, but was bigger in IV, possibly up to around 168-170.

Rocky vs McGregor. He's always took steroids before Rambo and rocky even he's more bulky in his older movie

ALL of these action actors are on gear, especially if they are older and have a decent physique with low BF and veins popping out all over.  Look how that Thor dude goes up and down, he looks a bean pole when he's off gear.  Hugh Jackhole is another one.

What about vitamins?

are you entering the impatient phase in your diet when you start realizing it's all drugs and genes?

He took Weider Multi Glandular tablets. They made you smell like cat piss but made you gain quicker than dball. 20 lbs of muscle in 30 days was possible. They were absolutely amazing and really worked better than any steroids...

.........according to the Weider adverts.  ::)

Fella... this may be a shock but it's just a movie. Was he on the juice? In my opinion, obviously he was. Just look at how his physique improved from Rocky I to his biggest in Rocky IV. To claim he was natural is naivety, in my opinion. People on this board should know better.

I was a fan of Sly until his recent allegations. No one is perfect and I am far from it but I lost respect/admiration for him after that.

Wasn't Baby Jesus born in the Naivety?

Rocky 4 was not just a movie. It was a real live documentary about two boxers.

Regarding Stallone's possible whey usage for Rocky 4:

For a western bodybuilder or lifter to be using whey pre-Rocky 4 he would had to have known more about the biochemistry of whey protein and it's potential effects than any western sports physician - and have had access to what was then a relatively little known supplement. He would also had to have known more about how to effectively dose it than Scott Connelly, who would go on to co-develop Whey isolate just a few years later. As for before Rocky 4, nobody in the west can say for sure exactly when the Soviets began using whey, but the likely date is sometime before Rocky 3 and possibly as early as Rocky 2.
