The gym is like medicine and that's why so many of us have trained most of our lives. You can't beat the endorphin rush that comes from hard training.

Nope. We did it because we didn't want to be the average idiot, like shizzo. We saw such crap, all around ourselves, and trained to make ourselves better. So, when we see shizzo mouthing off, with no dues paid, we piss on him like a beggar in the alley.
