actually a good question. Facts obviously aren't the deciding factor. Trump is back peddling is the title. There is ample evidence to conclude he has back peddled on dozens of campaign promises. He's recently changed his story on why he fired Flynn. Trumpsters will just say "everyone exaggerates during the campaign. Those promises  and "believe me's" don't really count.

I think at the end of the day, supporters will continue to believe they are right, detractors will continue to be amazed at how they possible can be
