BE THERE, what if Phil Heath ate junk food all day and did 1 exercise for 1 rep and 1 set for each bodypart. Would drugs and genetics still propel him to Mr. Olympia status?

1. there is no such thing as junk food
2.1 rep of one exercise is a silly analogy, if he trained like Branch Warren he wouldnt be any better, he would likely have ended his career years ago.
3. Phil Heath does enough to get him crowned Mr O, no more no less.
