Haha!  He's not the first juicer to 'scare' his kidneys and he won't be the last...  ;D

And it was his Brazilian girlfriend who donated her kidney... wonder if tissue-typing will ever become part of the BB dating scene? LOL

Billy had a good run for many years, the last few years have been frighteningly bad for him though. These were probably his best physique wise -
