honestly i dont. Never have cos i never needed to. Quads are about 26" and calves are about 17.5"

tbh, that "sudden burst in growth" seems to be occurring more generally than just in his calves. his quads also seem to have increased by the same order.

he presumably trained his calves with intensity for years and had legs that resembled toffee apples to show for it. Im not convinced at all his calves are real

Let this be a lesson,
don't inject below 30. Somebody told me once as half a joke, but he was right,
below 30/35 your body is still capable of doing some serious gains, if use gear afterwards, it's worth twice the money.
