been pounding legs hard. calves need some epic work still

I highly recommend knee sleeves, and walking lunges post leg work out. I bought some sleeves from mark bells site and i do 40 yard walking lunges 4x sets. my legs are quite large for my height (6'2''ish) but need some serious cuts next time i compete.  leg day is always on tuesday
