you are over 40.. you need fda gh for what you want,, if you want 200lb 6% you need fda gh at yoru age,,
obviously you need work on pecs.. and on upper torse lats.. your upper torse need over all thicknes.. your arms are very good yes but the all things need thickness.. and the only thing that will give you the sliced up thickness you want with the lines atttt your age = fda gh along side the aas I talke about
I recommend legit saizen or legit genotropin as the fda gh work with for someone like you or really anyone over 35,,
at your age this is your only way to 200lb at the condition you present at this picture,,
conditioning is your last problem.. you need lean tissue added.. or expanded since you are not about to use mega doses of gh or igf.. so expand the fibers you have.. you will! need the fda gh I mention along side the aas I mentioned at your age in order to be 200lb 6%,, I say it based on your history and what I seen up to now all tru the years,,
