He was at his best at the 2007 Olympia since then he got progressively worse each year, and even in his Arnold win and the third spot at the Olympia he could not repeat the fantasic look of 2007.
Just remember him at his best 2007 Olympia form !!!

It's always a beautiful mixture seeing the older guys that hold up. The maturity of their muscles fueled with the constant good response to the hormones is a wonderful mixture that is rarely seen. Rhoden would have had it but he ruined it with oil and a bad back and a huge stomach. Guys usually have one or the other. But Dex has both.

They will likely be compared at the Arnold which for some reason is totally stacked this year. Luis Rodriguez out of NYC is now sponsored/coached by the Camel Crew so he may be a surprise.  Steve glazed donut Kucio is even competing.

That's possible - Dexter may just suddenly become uncompetitive, seemingly out of the blue.  At 48, he has lasted a good 5-10 longer than other pros at his level.

Just one question though - why are you tired of seeing Dexter on the stage?  I figure, as long as he comes into contests in shape, that's fine.

But he’s def got one of the best physiques of all time and I don’t blame him for milking it considering how uncompetitive this generation of bbers are, he can win all shows outside of the O easily and cash in

If this was the 90’s or early 2000’s he has no chance

He and jay should have never beaten Cormier at the Arnold’s

Who knows, maybe he's hooked up with Ferrigno's calf doc and new technology can give him something below the knees?

He should have been Mr. O in 2007 or even 2008.  If healthy and everything comes together he would make Phildo look like a midget standing in front of a barn door.
