I haven’t watched any football this year but I occasionally see the injury report crawl at the bottom of the screen when I’m watching MMA or something on a sports channel. I notice a huge number of hamstring injuries. To what do you attribute this?

Like I stated in a previous post. This a direct result of 1. Outside/off-season “Personal trainers” either not doing their jobs or 2. Do not understand the consequences of not programming correctly for the sport.
