I know some very low risk, profitable agrobusiness, but I need to save money for 7-8 years before I can invest on them.

Once I start one of those business, I could live off them if I wanted (I'm somewhat frugal), but I plan to keep on doing what I'm doing.

Putting everything I can onto the mortgage.  Hope to have it knocked over fairly quick.  I could see building or renovating as investments in the future since I can do the work myself and am not too daunted by the vicissitudes of the real estate market.
