I never liked this guy but found this searching about hgh.  He pretty much knew what was coming but he’s one of the few to admit the truth about HGH.

I'm guessing it's like giving yourself acromegaly.  Your ears and nose grow along with hands and feet.  I suppose everyone hopes their wang grows too and they turn into the opposite of Rumpleforeskin, but I have no clue on that one gentlemen, LOL!

Piana wasn't very smart in what he was doing to himself but at least in that video, he was honest.
