A ‘fit expo’ is more or less a big commercialization comprised of anyone who’s invested a great deal into marketing and promotion already in the fitness industry

New supplements , gyms , clothing lines

Prob a bit too glamorous for anyone who hasn’t adjusted yet to the perfectionism deep rooted in the industry

Prob be awesome , hopefully get to west coast soon to check it out over there

Nice cloudy day this morning here near the Los Angeles Convention Center. Should be a fun day.

NPC Musclecontest contest prejudging start around 10am, and various events throughout the day.

Event is two days long - talked to Shawn Rhoden last night here, as he gears up for the Arnold...

Danny Hester was also at the Luxe hotel, the first Mr. Olympia Classic Physique winner

The event is not in the same place in was last year, which was the South Hall. This year, they took over
the West Hall close to the Staples Center, which is bigger

NoTomorrow is gonna be there buying the socks of the girl competitors there and going back home. Only to make a stop at the local 7/11 for a 5 dollar pizza because he accepts mediocrity. Not that he can't afford the pizza for 10 dollars but because he KNOWS he needs a low quality pizza because he is a low quality transgendered man.
