See what happens when people have no idea that Arnold was the product of nothing more than steroids and amazing genetics?  They go and train in moronic ways like this thinking there is some magic bullet to look like Arnold when really there is nothing other than...steroids and amazing genetics.

Then again, this was the 1980s.  When a mortar and pestle being found at a crime scene led investigators to automatically assume the involvement of a Satanic Cult in what would later be coined "The Satanic Panic" of the 1980s.

I live in Tenement Housing on West Srodmiescie Street in my mom's basement in Warsaw. My name is Douglas "Dj181" James. I'm 47 years old. I then apply an alcohol swab to my left buttock and wince as I slowly inject an entire 10ml bottle of deca. Then I measure my arms, they are up to 12.75 inches. I then take a photo of my arms and start a thread on Getbig telling everyone they are now up to 16.75 inches. There is an idea of a DJ181. Some kind of abstraction. But there is no other person as great as me. I am beyond an entity. My muscles give off the illusion of being bigger because Gh15 told me so. in rocky 2 he didnt want to change his body cuz it wouldnt fit with the movie. he was supposed to be a heavyweight and was a struggling person without much money. rocky 3 came after rambo 1. he had franco train him to get lean like a special  forces guy and at the same time train him for rocky 3 where he wanted to look the part of a wealthy fighter etc. one thing about stallone is he always tried to make his body fit the movie. in copland he actually gained like 4olbs and a gut to look like a cop. lol. yes franco had sly doing keto and as sly used to say for 6 months if it had a head pr was gonna have a head he ate it. thats it. no keto for rocky 2 only after .

Just by chance saw Columbo won Olympia twice...1976? Thought it was just 81...Boy 1976...No posts ever about that Olympia...Waller won over 200 lbs  Franco under 200 then overrall?
I have never seen any reference to this Olympia..no footage...

The 1976 Olympia was the first contest promoted by Arnold and Jim Lorimer and it was a big success although it got no TV coverage. It actually had more competitors than any other Mr. Olympia up to that time. It was super close between Zane and Franco. Franco eventually won by 1/2 point. That was the first Olympia for Boyer Coe who got third place. Corney was off that year and Bill Grant looked good. In the Over 200 Pound Class, there were only two competitors - Waller and Katz. Waller beat Katz and then posed down against Franco for the overall but Franco was an easy winner.
