Just watched a half way decent bootleg of this. As a guy who doesn't usually like comic book films, I actually liked it. It's a nicely done fun time waster.
First things, first - The Wakandians are indeed portrayed as magical, super Negroes of the mostly benevolent sort. If this offends your racial sensibilities, skip it.
As far was the demonizing of Whites, etc..... that's coming from mostly internet battlers. There isn't much compared to other pro black films of the African and Black American experience. I've seen far more racially inflammatory scenes in 100's of other films. What there is of it, is mostly done in a sassy "let me help this white boy" way. Most of the social message in the film otherwise can be seen as a MLK Jr philosophy set to a hip hop, comic book style.
Action wise, very fun. It sort of reminds me of the Asian action flicks that were coming out of Hong Kong in the late 90's, early 2000's.
Dialog wise, not horrible, but not super profound either. The worst of it actually comes from the Killmonger character. It's overly cheesy, and street in kind of a phony way. Also don't watch any of those African Warlord gaming videos, a ton of the early accents sound just like them, and your mind will snap right into that internet meme.
All in all, I'd give it a 7 - 7.5/10. It's a fun pro-black movie with a positive message. Nothing more, nothing less. Anyone framing it as deeply profound or Oscar worthy needs to slow down
