I keep reading on threads people think Dexter Jackson is broke.
I dont see the logic on this. He has several sponsors and usually competes
3-4 times a year. Since he always places high he has made a ton in prize money alone.
28 pro wins and 74 top 5 finishes. Just the Olympia and Arnolds he made a pretty penny.
He also has 3 shows he runs and with all the bikini and
physique competitors loading those up he makes a pretty penny.

I'd say with his sponsors he makes at least 100 grand a year. Being top at shows he pulls another $200,000+.
His own shows he puts on probably $75,000-$100,000+ and thats very conservative.

He drives a Range that was easily 80 Grand and a 2016 Amg-S65 a $199,000 car.
Yes I know he probably makes payments on these. He has a place in Florida and one in Venice.

So I think he is far from being broke like I read in a lot of threads.
He has made way more than the typical broke bodybuilder and a lot of
people working 9-5's.

What thread???  I've not seen any thread here lately on Dexter Jackson being broke.  Its not something this place would care about honestly

And far as Dexter being broke? That's the first I've heard of it. I also seriously doubt Dexter's Financial Health has ever crossed our minds until the OP brought it up.

That being said... Wait !! come to think of it, I believe *I* made a comment about Dexter's lifestyle (or whatever the fuck you want to call it) after seeing one or two of his videos. (One may have been a battle for the Olympia video)...

Recall I think in one of the older videos of the two that I saw (holy fucking might have been the same video.... whatever), Dex bragging about how much you paid for his flat screen/big screen/plasma/LCD whatever the fuck it was, TV...

... And the TV looks small. like a 46-inch or some shit and you paid in the thousands for it. 5k 10k 20k whatever and I remember thinking "come on dude, those TVs right now you can get at Walmart for like 600 bucks and even back in 2002 you could get a 46in plasma for like $3k"... and he talked about his furniture are cabinets or some shit and then how he design everything himself and had everything custom built and custom this and custom that, etc etc etc...

Then seeing his cars he had a Range Rover and an S-Class coupe. Both parked in what looked like a parking garage or a parking space for a condo.. Something like that. Oh, and I recall Mercedes Coupe being S65, & wondering what the fuck is doing with him at 65 when an S63 gets the job done and depreciates much less....  Either way, thought it was a poor "investment"(cars arnt investments anyway), considering bodybuilding doesn't have a long or guaranteed career span or income stream. He's won a. Unch of $100k shows, but he's not Jay Cutler

I guess none of you read the Charles Glass thread where
it was said DEXTER couldn't afford to pay him $225 and hour and
Dexter was so broke. I just called out that ridiculous statment.

Seems that would be a ridiculous statement. Just because he didn’t want to pay $225hr doesn’t mean he’s broke. Lol

His IRA is tied up in the soOpa dope 26's & knock'n system.

Jokes aside, I hope he's done some financial planning for when he's done comoeting. I'm curious how they're taxed with regards to mr. Olympia prize money/cars/watches. He does have a show with his name on it so I assume he's had interaction with real business people and tax attorneys and such and has somen sort of passive income lined up for when he's done

What the fuck could Charles Glass teach Dexter? Dorian made a few comments about Glass's amazing training skills and he was right.

Plus he has to pay Farah $10,000 a year for coaching. You would think after 30 years in the game he could've  at least fogured out how to train and diet.

Thanks man. I have been having trouble sleeping, thinking about Dexter's private life. This is such a relief.

225$ is a lot of money especially for someone like Dexter Jackson and his custom made 27 kids.

Not to mention, I doubt Dex (or any other "top guy") actually has in agreement with glass that spells out $225 per hour. Even me, when working with somebody competing & it's a long-term deal that involves a little bit more and just walking them through workouts and Counting reps and looking at my watch every 5 or 10 minutes... You're not selling them individual sessions. You likely give them a monthly fee. So instead of it being '4 1hr sessions a week for $3,600/month', it's more like five sessions a week not looking at the clock, train until you're done, for an even $2,500-$3k a month. Or a flat $1-2k/month and a % of prize money (if pro.. Am's have no prize money, obviously.).
