just saw him like two weeks ago walking into a gas station on arm stilts...or whatever you call them... i opened the door for him and said "hello Mr. Coleman"...he smiled and said thank you..nice guy

He's having another lumbar surgery this month to remove the plates and screws. He is a nice guy.

Guys with great/good backs tend to hAve arms(bi's) that ain't great, and vice-versa, guys with great/good arms tend to have not so great good backs.

... I'll take a greatbback with mediocre arms (biceps/brachs) Sunday.

(There are exceptions, obviously, with Ronnie being the prime example.)
