It's different with strength events.

People in strength events will compete in anything to make a buck.

You'd think they would be allowed to use only their arms and not their body by leaning waaaaay over like that.  Who would win in strict arm wrestling and not arm-shoulder-entire-upper-body-plus-lower-body-pulling wrestling.
