Go to a fitness expo. Get naked and shove stuff up my ass while screaming obscenities and smearing feces all over everything. I'd create the most embarrassing possible scene I could, knowing the next day I'll wake back up as myself and we could forever laugh at and make fun of phil heath. I'd also keep ice packs on my penis so it's as small as possible before I got naked.

Develop a community outreach, and decide to donate time to Make a Wish Foundation. And pick a high school to provide basketball shoes to the JV and Varsity team. And yes, donate a portion of Shoe collection to homeless. All this would also help him and the IFBB in the PR as well.

I think Phil wants the public to love him and recognize his greatness 2nd to wanting more Sandows. The irony is the possibility that he'll have more Sandows than anyone and be the most disliked Mr. O of all time. From the fans to his peers. That will definitely bother him. When he's done, it will be very easy to forget him vs. a guy like Ronnie. Will people buy his supplements? No. Training program? You mean Hany's Training Program?

He's just not a likeable guy. He's a better villain. He's a villain that wants to be a hero. Despite having a near flawless physique in his prime, for whatever reason he screams insecurity. Sad!

At this point in his career, it's too late turn nice. He's tried it, it didn't work. It's not genuine and even looks fake. The damage has been done. Kai was Phils undoing and Kai didnt even have to win a Sandow. It all goes back to Phil vs. Kai. Kai made Phil look bad and Phil made Phil look worse.
