Regardless of what internet tards say, benching 300 is very good, especially if you weigh 170-180.  Goforit puts in the work.  Sounds like his diet and training are very consistent.

G4I has that superman curl of peace going on lol
You def look like you move more than 300x2 but at 50 now I'll take the look over the ability to move as much ad i can any day. Kudos...
Yeah keep the hair classic, wont see me rocking a mohawk. And thats the difference between powerlifting/strongman and bodybuilding, bodybuilding is all visual.

if you cant bench atleast 400lbs on steroids you are certainly all drugs :D
I've been to a lot of gyms in my time, and I think I've seen someone put up over 400lbs once and it was in Hawaii.

every non fat person started at 130 you have a great build im guessing not eating enough but you look great so it is what it is. I guess it's a matter if you want to be zyzz or Brock lesnar
Well, I thought I ate alot but, seeing interviews of guys eating 8-12 meals a day changed my perspective on what a lot means.

It's hard to put you down I looked at your pics they are very impressive.
Thanks dude

Thanks, I'm sure I overtrain and if I cut back on the cardio I'd probably be much stronger/bigger, but for sure I am consistent.

I did it bros! Only took 20 years of training,  finally put up 300 for two good reps! I know it's no big deal to most of you Iron Warriors, but I'm proud. Now I just need to curl 120 pound barbell for 8 to match DJ!

That face looks familiar

Great lift for a normally proportioned guy with abs 365.

I'm sure you want that next number but stay safe and take care of your shoulders.

Thanks bro, and absolutely gotta take care of the rotator cuffs, that why I swim, try to get in atleast 2-3 session a week, it's my version of rehab work due to the fact I don't want to shell out tons of money on deep tissue work.

Good cardio but it's still mostly internal rotation so balance it out with ex rotation work.  Sure I'm not telling you anything you don't know.  I don't bench much and don't put up 300 when I do.

Yeah, I'm all about injury prevention, joint maintenance, and longevity. I stay on top of all that, the body is like a car, oil change every 3,000 miles, tune ups, etc..the human body is the same way, needs maintenance for it to perform optimally.

You may be advanced as far as muscle mass but may have a lot left to gain from your nervous system . But like I said you look awesome and have achieved your goals so I don't see what it matters. There's nothing I could do to look that asthetic maybe a lot bigger but I would never look that good maybe to teen boys but not women. I get more of the big monster that can kick your ass look . Kinda like cswol but I was in a bad coma from drinking and had to learn to walk again and had to start completely over im making quick progress but have a ways to go. Not quite as high bf as cswol but not far I have weigh 300 that is why I was so strong .  I don't know If I'll ever be like that again im trying

Sorry to hear about these setbacks, but much respect that you are getting back on track and didn't give up. "Its not about how hard you can hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward!" All the best dude.

Stallone and the Rocky movies inspired me as a kid to train, Rocky is an inspirational story that anyone can relate to, the ultimate underdog that overcomes the odds.  Stallone and Rocky both are motivational figures that helped inspire me to this day. But I wouldn't say role model, my role model would be people like my Grandfather.

The 1st Rocky was a beautiful., the scene when he first kisses Arian was very touching and sweet

And speaking of bench, tuck your shoulder down and back and arch your low back as much as possible while keeping that sexy eyetalin ass of yours firmly on the bench

Pull your shoulders down to your ass to make a C

This cuts down on the distance he bar has to travel

I know us mods are not supposed to talk with the unwashed masses about Get Big awards but....

....Go 4 It is a lock for Get Bigger of the year 2018!

You got to admit, for a ridiculously handsome guy with a prize winning physique he sure seems down
to earth and just lets all trolling roll off his shoulders effortlessly. Even BeenThere/SimpleSimon had to admit that he was untrollable. Props to a really good guy.

I'm in Hawaii as well and would love to hang with him but he'd just make me look even uglier. Besides, I'm on the other side of the island toward the North Shore.

He is cool, to be sure - perhaps too cool - in fact:  Would you be offended if I pointed out that your dear old Grandpa looks like the kind of guy that would have had no problem 'whacking' people back in the day..?  ;D  He's just got that retired tough guy thing going on.

You don't have to admit to anything of course...  ;)

Adrians motivational speeches were always the key to give Rocky that fire inside to push through and achieve victory, I particularly like the Rocky 2 hospital scene "win" and Rocky 3 beach scene "I'm affraid!"  Thanks for the bench tips dude.

Thanks for the kind words dude, truthfully I'm an easy going guy, trying to live life to the fullest, I've never understood hating on someone or talking negative about a person at the end of the day where does it get you? I try to keep a positive outlook on things and want to see people happy. When I studied Buddhism it changed my whole perspective and outlook on life, one of the biggest things they preach in Buddhism is having a non judgemental way of life, so for instance if you see some nerdy dude with a smoking hot girlfriend most guys would be like "how the fuck did that guy get that girl?" Instead I look at it like hell yeah dude, whatever that guy is doing he's doing something right, good for him. What island are you on, Oahu?
